Yes, we provide free estimates for new installations, replacement systems and existing system modifications.
BDL Heating & Cooling provides a labor warranty on all new installations, replacements and repairs. Our typical labor warranty on new installations and replacements is 1 year and on repairs is 30 days (for related issues). We also process warranty claims for manufacturer parts warranties.
All HVAC equipment needs to be cleaned and inspected at least once per/year. However, it is recommended that you have your heating system checked in the Fall and your air conditioning system checked in the Spring.
Our maintenance program covers your seasonal cleaning and inspections. In addition, you will also get automated scheduling (we call to remind you when you’re due for a maintenance), priority service in the event of a breakdown, access to night and weekend service and a $30 discount on our night and weekend calls.
