Weekend Maintenance Appointments
  • Priority service guarantees that when the temperatures get to extremes and you need us most, you aren’t competing with everyone else for a spot on our schedule. Our Priority Service customers go to the front of the line, and when it gets busy, we put space aside so we can get to you quickly. For Diamond plans, we guarantee a service visit to your home within 24 hours.
  • Access to 24-hour emergency service means that if you have an emergency with your equipment after-hours, over the weekend, or even on a holiday, you can call us anytime. We have technicians on-call 24/7 to address your needs, day or night. Platinum and Diamond plans even get a discount on emergency service.
  • Sometimes price increases are necessary, but with maintenance plan inflation protection, you’ll know that when we must raise rates for everyone else, you’ll have another year (or two!) before your plan is impacted.
  • For Diamond plans only, we also offer weekend maintenance appointments if scheduling on a weekday is inconvenient, as well as the option to choose your maintenance technician.
  • And when the time comes to upgrade your equipment, your plan pays you back with system replacement discounts of up to 6% off.

In addition to offering regular maintenance, we also provide options for duct sealing and inspection. Common duct problems include leaky, torn and disconnected ducts, poorly sealed registers and grills, leaks at the equipment or filter slot, and kinks in flexible ductwork.  These problems can reduce efficiency by more than 20%. Solving these problems will not only save you on energy costs, but will also increase your comfort. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Very responsive, great customer service, and reasonably priced. Our heat died on the coldest night of the year so far. Another large contractor had come out and taken a look and quoted an insanely expensive price because they knew I did not have heat and I was in a bind. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and called BDL.
