Established in 2001 by Brian and Joan Lithway, BDL Heating & Cooling is a full-service HVAC and plumbing contractor specializing in the installation, service and maintenance of systems for residential, commercial and new construction applications. Since opening, BDL Heating & Cooling has serviced over 20,000 Massachusetts and Rhode Island homes and businesses.

During that time, we have gained a reputation for high quality work, professionalism and care for our customers and their property. Whether we’re providing a whole house system installation, a high efficiency system replacement or routine maintenance, our goal is to provide our customers with the right solution for their home, at the right price.

At BDL, we not only take pride in the quality of our work, but also in the close working relationships we form with our clients. From the day we opened our doors in 2001, we have operated on one simple principle- every customer is a part of the BDL family. We treat customers and their homes the same way we would treat our own.

With a staff of over fifty employees, BDL Heating & Cooling is one of the largest American Standard Customer Care Dealers in the State of Massachusetts. In addition to being an American Standard Customer Care Dealer, BDL Heating & Cooling is also a Mitsubishi Electric Elite Diamond Contractor, an Amana Advantage Specialist and a Viessmann dealer.

BDL Heating & Cooling is also a A/C check certified contractor and works extensively with the Mass Save loan program, helping customers to obtain 0% interest financing on high efficiency heating and air conditioning system replacements and installations.
